Recipients of the Bilkent University Scholarships will benefit from;

Eligibility Requirements for the Bilkent University Scholarships 2025
To be eligible for the Bilkent University Scholarships, applicants must;
- have a minimum English Language Proficiency Test score of TOEFL IBT (87) or IELTS (6.5 on average and at least 5.5 from all sections)
- have a cumulative GPA of 2.80/ 4.00 at the time of application
- have an ALES score of < 55; for Turkish citizens and residents
- have a GRE of 153 (optional) or a Bilkent COPE of grade C
- Applicants with a strong academic background but have scores a little less than the above average score are still encouraged to apply for the Scholarship
